brianBrian Lloyd

G'day people my name is Brian Lloyd and I've been a trainer at the renaissance fitness centre for 18 months. I have certificate 3 and 4 in fitness achieved through one year of full time study at tafe and have been around the gym scene for the past 6 years. My passion has always been sport and fitness which led me to choose a career in the fitness industry,a place in which I can dedicate my time to helping people take on and achieve their fitness goals. My strengths as a trainer would be my ability to motivate, to relate and most of all, give you the ability and confidence required to achieve the goals you set yourself no matter how big or small they may seem.

My hobbies and interests outside of work include football,in which I am captain of my club,cricket and kickboxing.I also enjoy hanging out with friends, going to the beach, movies and general down time when I'm not being the active person that I am.

davidDavid Gaull

I’m David Gaull (Dave). I am in the fitness industry because I have a great drive and passion towards fitness, working with people and helping them gain not only Physical fitness but also mental strength, to over come personal barriers and self-doubt. I have completed my certificates 3 and 4 in fitness at the Australian institute of Fitness. This is my first role as a trainer working in a gym environment; I do have previous experience in outdoor training. With both 1 on 1 training and small group sessions many of my clients have been successful in reaching the goals and beyond some results that they have obtained whilst training with me, weight loss of up to 10kgs in 6 weeks. And i have testimonials written from these clients.

I’m Jono and I make coming to the gym fun and more exciting then just doing a general workout. I like to make exercising interesting, enjoyable and unexpected. My Favourite types of exercise are push-ups, chin ups, and squats (any body weight resistance training) I also like endurance training; lots of running and rowing ETC. I completed my qualifications at swan tafe, where I expanded my knowledge to help people achieve their potential. I am looking forward to seeing you in the gym.

Hi, I am Dave; I’m a personal trainer at Renaissance Fitness Centre. I have been working at the gym for 1 year now. I love my sports - mainly football, love going out with my mates to have a good time, blow off some steam. If you see me around come say Hey!
