LES MILLS BODYPUMP
A pre-choreographed barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. This fat-burning class creates lean muscle and dramatically improves muscle strength and endurance. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

LES MILLS BODYATTACK
A pre-choreographed cardiovascular interval training program that combines high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilisation exercises to deliver fast improvement in general endurance and an increase in overall body strength. Classes are high in motivation, provided by dynamic instructors and exciting music. All participants can achieve their fitness goals by following the simple movements.

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT
A pre-choreographed workout which combines moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo into an hour-long energetic routine. Each workout is a fierce and energetic experience which raises fitness levels throughout the whole body, while burning body fat.

FREESTYLE STEP
A great class for improving cardiovascular endurance, toning the lower body and burning calories! All moves are performed on a platform and participants can change the height of this to suit their fitness needs.
FREESTYLE FITBALL, ABS AND COREWORK
Aim to strengthen the lower back, abdominals and overall core. Workouts are non-impact and use fitballs, resistance bands and loose plates to get results.
PILATES
Develop a strong core, sound body awareness, improved flexibility and good posture through simple and graceful movements. Although intense, these classes are generally quiet and peaceful with an element of relaxation.
CIRCUIT BLITZ
A series of exercise stations set up around the room which aim to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone, agility and strength. A great, varied workout in which participants can work to their own goals.



THERE IS STRICTLY NO ADMITTANCE TO CLASSES 5 MINUTES AFTER COMMENCEMENT.
